Pay: $12–$15/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 24–36 hours per week, Monday–Friday

About the Role
We’re a small, community-focused accounting firm that takes pride in helping local families and businesses stay organized, stress less, and make tax time feel simple. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and keeping things running smoothly in a friendly office environment.

  • 1+ year of office, customer service, or clerical experience

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)

  • Professional communication skills — written and verbal

  • Ability to work both independently and with a small team

  • Reliable transportation and U.S. work authorization

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Flexible weekday schedule (perfect for balancing work and life)

  • Hybrid option after initial in-office onboarding

  • Supportive, small-town environment where clients feel like family

  • Casual dress and a kind, down-to-earth team
