WORK FROM HOME
This remote position is available to candidates who reside in Florida and are available to work Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time.
You must have a home office setup including a quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection. A minimum of 1 year of proven phone sales experience in a remote or virtual environment is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Remote Sales Representative at TaxRise, you'll have what every salesperson dreams of: a steady stream of warm, qualified leads coming to you. Our industry-leading marketing generates same-day inbound calls from clients who are actively seeking solutions to their tax challenges.
Your job is to be their trusted advisor—conducting discovery calls, analyzing financial and tax information, and enrolling clients into life-changing tax resolution programs. With no cold calling and a robust support system backing you up, you can focus on what you do best: closing deals and changing lives.

HOW YOU'LL BE REWARDED
Unlimited Earnings Potential! Your pay is directly tied to your performance—with no commission cap. Highly motivated representatives with strong selling skills consistently earn $100,000–$150,000 annually.
Base Pay: $14.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours per week)
Commission: Average monthly earnings potential of $8,000–$13,000

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their tax issues, financial situation, and goals
  • Program Evaluation: Review client-provided documents and system data (including transcripts, wage records, and prior tax returns) to recommend customized resolution programs
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales process from consultation to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience
  • Empathy and Advocacy: Build trust by listening to clients' concerns and clearly explaining solutions so they feel empowered to move forward
  • CRM Documentation: Accurately record client interactions and financial information to ensure seamless communication across teams

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

  • Proven success in remote phone sales or telemarketing (minimum 3 years)
