Your exceptional organizational skills and intuitive anticipation of executive needs will create seamless operational excellence, enabling our leaders to focus on high-impact initiatives.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and meticulous planning. You'll navigate complex schedules, manage critical communications, and serve as a pivotal connector between leadership and cross-functional teams

We are a collaborative and high-performing tax team dedicated to delivering innovative financial solutions. Our environment values adaptability, precision, and strategic thinking. This role requires five (5) days a week in office


Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives across different time zones
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and new mechanisms
- Coordinate and execute team activities, including staff meetings, all-teams, offsites, and team events
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Schedule & manage cost-effective travel, both domestic and international
- Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up on pending items
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team, across the company, and with our most critical external partners.
