Monday-Friday / 5 days a week 8 hour shift

Clinic Hours

Overlake Clinics is currently seeking a Cardiology Surgery Coordinator to fill a FULL-TIME vacancy in our CCT and TAVR program in the Cardiology Clinic.

Primary responsibilities include scheduling, authorizing and coordinating all EHA Cardiology inpatient and outpatient CCT and TAVR Cardiac procedures, tracking all medical record information from Evergreen and Kaiser to EPIC, being a point of contact for patients who are having their procedure done at Overlake and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience. This position requires travel between Evergreen and Overlake.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a clinical or hospital scheduling environment required.
  • Prior surgery or procedure scheduling experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
  • Experience with EMR applications, EPIC preferred.
