Job description

🔬 What You’ll Do

As a Laboratory Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in the lab’s daily operations, including:

  • Supporting specimen processing across pathology, microbiology, immunology, hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, and blood bank (pre-analytic)
  • Managing data entry, specimen handling, and reference lab processing
  • Maintaining clean, organized workspaces and stocked supplies
  • Assisting with instrument setup, maintenance, QC procedures, and slide prep (with training)
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and in-person interactions
  • Supporting pathology, post-analytic transcription, and lab logistics
