  • Experience with routine laboratory testing, sample handling, and quality control processes

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment following manufacturer and hospital guidelines
  • Document and report test results clearly and promptly; follow hospital laboratory information system procedures
  • Participate in quality control, instrument calibration, and proficiency testing to ensure accurate patient results
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support optimal patient care and timely diagnostics
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with infection control and safety policies
