Chief Engineer
$90,000.00 to $105,000.00
As Chief Engineer, you'll lead the maintenance and engineering operations of the property, ensuring all building systems, equipment, and facilities operate safely and efficiently. You'll manage a team, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining a well-functioning, guest-ready environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the backbone of our hotel's operations, ensuring all systems and equipment run smoothly for our guests' comfort and safety.
  • Your daily tasks will include managing maintenance staff, overseeing repairs and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes.
  • You will report to the General Manager.
  • Starting as a chief engineer can lead to a variety of opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional engineering director, director of rooms, or even a corporate-level position in hotel operations.
