Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales executives and lead them to increase sales for the company through networking, sales leads, and cross-selling opportunities. Implement company sales strategies to meet sales and revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring the sales team is working effectively and generating sales to meet goals.
• Join sales calls with team members to assist during the sales cycle, to work through complex needs, to drive sales.
• Support your team by assisting with proposals, agreements, and business presentations.
• Conduct weekly individual and team meetings
• Manage performance of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for value and volume.
• Utilize forecasting documents in order for your team to organize their pipeline.
• Have a deep understanding of how to analyze, track sales, and make improvements for the achievement of sales goals, gross profit, and performance standards.
• Assist your team with managing and resolving complex client needs, issues, and difficult situations.
• Work with internal operations teams to support ongoing client needs.
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring talent for your team, reviews, promotions, discipline, and terminations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• 2+ Years of sales management experience
• Experience and familiarity with Call Center Services
• Demonstrated ability to sell company services to "C" level executives.
• A strong understanding of the sales process, including proposal writing, overcoming objections, and closing the sale.
• The ability to develop business through social media, cold calling, networking, and referral sources.
• Ability to analyze deficiencies and coach for sales success
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate to ensure both short- and long-term goals, objectives and quotas
• Ability to understand sales numbers and manage to daily metrics
• Results-driven with a strong attention to detail
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of CRMs and MS Office
• A passion for sales with a strong history of achievement.
• Energetic, strong work ethic, and highly motivated.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with people skills.
• Exceptional phone, video, and email manners and etiquette
