Job description

The Country Club of Virginia is seeking servers for various shifts at both campuses:

(Westhampton Clubhouse/James River Clubhouse)


Compensation/Benefits

  • $9.00/hour + gratuity, free employee meals, uniform, paid vacation, and 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution and match

Schedule

  • Typical shifts (open availability preferred):
    • Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM or 4:00 PM-11:00 PM

    • Friday & Saturday: 4:00 PM-12:00 AM

  • Part-time: Approximately 20-30 hours per week
  • Full-time: Approximately 30-40 hours per week
  • Minimum availability: Three shifts a week with at least one day of availability on the weekend

Requirements

  • Physical Requirements: lifting weights (carry trays), standing for long periods of time, kneeling, crouching, stooping, etc.
