  • Tailor content and engagement strategy by channel, including leveraging LinkedIn for B2B communication and relationship-building with the family law professional community.
  • Coordinate creation and publishing of engaging content (copy, graphics, short-form video), ensuring strong storytelling, clear CTAs, and platform-native best practices.
  • Bring a community-building mindset to daily social; coordinate with internal teams on responses and engagement as needed.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing on paid social strategy and creative testing to amplify high-performing content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social performance; translate insights into actionable recommendations on content topics, creative direction, and posting strategy.
  • Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats; test new ideas and iterate quickly.
  • Support events or time-sensitive initiatives as needed, capturing content and translating it into social-first stories.
  • Spearhead and execute content calendars, Facebook events, engagement, and event coverage for additional marketing clients as needed.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in a social media role managing multiple platforms.
  • Proven experience creating and distributing high-impact content that grows social communities.
  • Strong partnership mindset with experience coordinating across stakeholders (internal teams and external partners/creators).
  • Demonstrated ability to use social analytics to make data-driven decisions (content topics, creative direction, testing, and optimization).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong editing instincts and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and adaptable; able to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful; comfortable taking ownership with minimal day-to-day supervision.
