The primary focus of this position will be talent management and development in the influencer space. Elements of talent management will include actively signing and maintaining a roster of viable talent and managing a wide variety of endorsement and partnership deals.
Requirements

• Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of digital talent.
• Oversee talent deals, partnerships, and endorsements, ensuring their success.
• Develop and execute talent strategies, including career growth, brand partnerships and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team to align talent with appropriate brand campaigns.
• Mentor, coach, and support team members to maximize their potential.
• Represent talent in contract negotiations and oversee the contract process.

Supervisory responsibilities

Required Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in talent management, preferably in the digital space.
• Proven track record of developing and managing top-tier digital talent.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
• Successful history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience in talent development, both on and off digital platforms.
• Leadership experience, including team management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Description
$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 B.O.E.
