MAIN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition & Talent Development

  • Assistwith recruiting and onboarding activities, including resume reviews, interview coordination, candidate interviews, and onboarding sessions.

  • Assistin the development and administration of talent management, training, and employee development programs.

  • Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including coursesetup, participation tracking,andreporting.

Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

  • Assistin developing and supporting employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.

  • Assistwiththe Anchor in Action employee and community engagement program, including event planning, communications, and meeting facilitation.

Employer Branding & Social Media

  • Maintain the social media content calendar and support content planning efforts.

  • Createcontent that highlights company culture, employee engagement, community involvement, and recruiting initiativesacross companysocial mediaplatforms.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Assist with HR documentation, employee records, reporting, and organizational chart maintenance.

  • Support HR systems administration, including Workday updates and record management.

  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and administrative activities for HR programs and initiatives.

  • Providegeneraladministrative supportandassistwithspecialprojects asassigned.

EMPLOYEE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related areas.
  • Preferred pursing Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or other related areas.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with various levels of management within the company and externally.
  • Proficient knowledge of different social media platforms and management through Hootsuite.
  • Familiar with a variety of human resource concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
