Event Escort Officer - Large Scale Special Event

Location: Anaheim, CA
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE)
Event Dates: June 25, 2026 - June 27, 2026
Schedule: 8-Hour and 10-Hour Shifts Available (Subject to Change)
Status: Temporary Event Assignment

About the Position

Treston Security Services is seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Event Escort Officers for a large-scale special event in Anaheim, California.

Event Escort Officers will be responsible for providing professional escort services for talent, VIP guests, event staff, vendors, and designated personnel throughout the venue while helping maintain a safe and secure environment. Officers must be comfortable working in a fast-paced event setting with large crowds, changing operational needs, and high-profile attendees.

This position requires excellent communication skills, strong situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to represent both Treston Security Services and our client at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escort talent, VIP guests, event staff, vendors, and designated personnel throughout the venue

  • Provide a visible and professional security presence during event operations

  • Assist with crowd management and pedestrian flow throughout assigned areas

  • Provide directional assistance and exceptional customer service to attendees and guests

  • Monitor assigned areas for safety concerns, suspicious activity, or policy violations

  • Report incidents, hazards, and security concerns in real time

  • Maintain communication with supervisors, event management personnel, and fellow team members

  • Assist with access control and restricted-area monitoring when assigned

  • Support overall event safety, guest experience, and operational objectives

  • Maintain professionalism and discretion while working around talent, VIPs, and event personnel

Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required)

  • Previous security, event security, hospitality, customer service, or escort experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain professional in high-traffic environments

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States

  • Ability to work assigned event dates and schedules

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous talent escort experience preferred

  • Previous executive protection experience preferred

  • Experience working high-profile events, conventions, concerts, festivals, or entertainment venues

  • Prior experience interacting with VIPs, public figures, performers, or executive-level personnel

  • Strong customer service and professional communication skills

  • Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism while working around talent and VIP guests

Talent escort and executive protection experience are preferred but not required. Qualified candidates with strong event security, hospitality, customer service, or related experience are encouraged to apply.
