Job description

Job Title: Home Health Aide

Position Type: Full-Time split shift 7 am - 11 am and 2 pm - 6 pm

Department: Home Care (300)

Location: PACE of the Triad

Job Summary

The Home Care Aide provides home health care services to PACE Participants.

Specifications

Education and Special Training: High school degree, or equivalent; Currently listed as a Nursing Assistant (NA) I with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS) with no substantiated findings of neglect, abuse, or misappropriation of resident's property in a nursing home;

Experience: At least 1 year of experience with aging, frail elderly; 6 months clinical experience as a Nursing Technician, Nursing Assistant, Corpsman or Emergency Medical Technician.

Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: Certificate from an approved CNA training program; listed as a CNA I with the NC DHHS; Valid NC driver's license and vehicle.
