Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Outpatient Services Manager - LPC/LCSW to join our team of professionals who are dedicated to providing help and hope to individuals and families for the achievement of improving their mental health as a local pain management clinic. The Outpatient Services Manager d evelops and administers a comprehensive partial organization program that responds to the community's needs and oversees all outpatient services in support of the organization's overall mission, philosophy, and goals. Integrates the management of outpatient services into the Behavioral Health System's continuum of care.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Mentor and develop therapist across all Branches locations.
  • Audit documentation for compliance
  • Coach therapist on treatment plans, progress notes, group notes, individual therapy notes, and discharge documentation.
  • Lead implementation of Mental Health Outcome Assessments.
  • Observe therapeutic groups.
  • Travel regularly to satellite clinics.
  • Conduct ongoing education on documentation, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma informed care, crisis intervention, suicide risk documentation, and regulatory updates.

    Qualifications
    • Education: Master's Degree in behavioral science or mental health-related field preferred, required.
    • Experience: clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings preferred
    • Licensure/Certification: LCSW or LPC required
