The Skillbridge Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team within a government contracting environment. This position is ideal for individuals with strong administrative and coordination skills, combined with foundational experience in recruiting and HR support. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with federal regulations, maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional, and candidate and stakeholder experience. This role will also serve as a Junior Recruiter supporting 1st candidate screens and heavy interview scheduling and supporting talent pipeline development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Recruiters and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to understand job requirements and draft compliant job descriptions
  • Support sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate interviews, including heavy scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS to ensure compliance and ISO audit readiness.
  • Assist Senior Manager, TA with recruitment metrics reporting and provide insights to management.
  • Deliver a positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Government Compliance: Basic understanding of federal and state employment laws, including OFCCP and AAP guidelines and government contracting protocols.
  • Recruitment Process Support: assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, heavy interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
  • Technology & Systems: assist in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS for data accuracy, reporting, and system updates and systems implementation support.
  • Candidate Screening: conducting initial candidate reviews and ensuring qualifications align with contract requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: manage scheduling and logistics for interviews.
  • Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for interaction with candidates and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing needs effectively.



Requirements:
  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in the Skillbridge Externship Program
  • 5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or related administrative roles.
  • Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, MS Teams).
  • Experience working with in SharePoint (Documents Management) preferred.
  • Experience in government contracting and cleared environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and federal employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
