About Satellites Unlimited

Satellites Unlimited (SUI) is one of the nation's leading service providers supporting major telecommunications brands. As an employee-owned company (ESOP), every hire you make contributes directly to the success and growth of the business—and your future.

We're growing fast and looking for a high-energy recruiter who thrives on competition, relationships, and results. If you enjoy influencing people, building connections, and winning in a performance-driven environment, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact while advancing your career.

Why This Role Stands Out

This isn't a recruiter position where you wait for applicants.

This is a talent acquisition sales role.

You'll identify talent, create opportunities, build relationships, and influence candidates to join a growing organization. You'll have the freedom to think creatively, move quickly, and make decisions that directly impact company growth.

If you're energized by goals, competition, networking, and helping people make life-changing career moves, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Own

As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you'll take complete ownership of the hiring process from strategy through hire.

Talent Attraction & Recruiting
  • Build and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Identify, engage, and recruit high-performing candidates through proactive outreach
  • Conduct phone, video, and virtual interviews
  • Create excitement around career opportunities and effectively communicate the value of joining SUI
  • Develop talent pipelines that support current and future growth
  • Successfully close candidates
Business Partnership & Influence
  • Serve as a trusted hiring advisor to managers and operational leaders
  • Influence hiring decisions through market insights and candidate intelligence
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and referral networks
Performance & Results
  • Manage multiple openings while maintaining exceptional candidate experience
  • Meet and exceed recruiting performance goals and hiring targets
  • Track activity and outcomes through our ATS and reporting tools
  • Continuously test, improve, and optimize recruiting strategies
What Makes You Successful

You are someone who:

  • Loves meeting new people and building relationships
  • Naturally influences and persuades others
  • Enjoys competition and achieving ambitious goals
  • Takes initiative rather than waiting for direction
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with constant activity
  • Is resilient, confident, and persistent
  • Enjoys solving problems and finding creative ways to win
  • Wants the freedom to own results and make an impact
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or talent acquisition experience
  • Proven success achieving performance goals or quotas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and performance
  • Comprehensive medical benefits including 24/7 Teladoc access
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 annually
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities
  • Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) participation
Join an Employee-Owned Company Where Your Impact Matters

At SUI, every hire helps shape the future of the company. We're looking for someone who wants more than a recruiting job—we're looking for someone who wants to influence growth, build relationships, and make a lasting impact.

If you're motivated by achievement, opportunity, and the chance to help build winning teams, we'd love to meet you.
