Job Description:

AriensCo is looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead the design and implementation of enterprise talent and learning development programs that align with business objectives, drive performance, and support a culture of continuous learning and growth at AriensCo. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders and HR, identifying capability needs, building development solutions, and measuring effectiveness to ensure learning investments support succession readiness, workforce capability, and business outcomes. This position is located in Brillion, WI.

THE DAY TO DAY...

Enterprise Learning & Ariens Academy

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs that address identified organizational and functional needs

  • Own and evolve Ariens Academy, including leadership, professional, and functional curriculum

  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences, including workshops, seminars, leadership programs, and blended learning solutions

  • Facilitate live, virtual, and hybrid training sessions as appropriate

  • Analyze learning and development data to identify trends, skill gaps, and opportunities for improvement

  • Evaluate program effectiveness against business and talent outcomes; recommend and implement enhancements

  • Lead endtoend project management of major learning initiatives, ensuring successful launch and adoption

  • Establish strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Total Rewards to align learning strategies with organizational needs

  • Consult on maximizing utilization of learning management system (LMS) tools, content, and reporting capabilities

Development Planning

  • Own and maintain AriensCo's enterprise competency model, ensuring alignment to leadership expectations and future skills

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support individual development planning tied to performance, readiness, and career pathways

  • Support enterprise succession planning, including identification of development needs, readiness indicators, and pipeline strength

  • Design learning solutions that accelerate leadership readiness and internal mobility

Manufacturing Training & Workforce Capability

  • Partner with Operations, Manufacturing leaders, and HR to identify current and future manufacturing skills gaps, capability risks, and training priorities

  • Design and support manufacturing and production training strategies, including foundational skills, crosstraining, and progression pathways

  • Build and maintain production skills matrices to support workforce flexibility, readiness, and workforce planning

  • Translate skills gap analysis into targeted learning solutions aligned to safety, quality, productivity, and retention outcomes

  • Support upskilling and reskilling initiatives that strengthen bench strength and reduce singlepointoffailure roles

  • Partner with leaders to ensure learning investments align to operational goals and workforce capability needs

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communication, or related field required

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communication, or related field required

  • Minimum of 6 years experience in learning & development, talent development, or organizational development

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation

  • Demonstrated ability to identify needs, design solutions, measure outcomes, and implement improvements

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder consulting skills

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficiency with learning management systems and learning technologies

  • Strong presentation design and delivery skills (virtual and inperson)

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or multisite environments preferred
