The ideal candidate has a background in selling IT-related products or services and is eager to expand theirexpertisein IT staffing sales. This(Hunter)role focuses onidentifyingnew business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Compensation: $75k-$85k + commission

Schedule: Locally remote - Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

You'llmeet other business leaders through social networking, cold calls,and leads tocreateopportunities forTeamSofttoimpactthe world of staffing by effectively aligning talent and matching customer needs. You will collaborate as a team member with both direct and indirect reporting in a matrix organization by developing strategies, executing sales goals, and creating strong relationships with the service and delivery team.

  • Prospect & Develop Leads:Identifyand engage potential clients in need of IT staffing solutions.
  • Build Relationships:Establishand maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hiring managers, procurement teams, and HR professionals.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:Utilizea consultative sales approach to understand client needs and propose tailored IT staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate & Close Deals:Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contract terms to drive successful client acquisitions.
  • Market Analysis:Stay updated on IT industry trends, workforce demands, and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics.
  • Collaborate Internally:Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure client expectations are met with top-tier IT talent.
