Job description

General Responsibilities:

Provide support to managers and supervisors in the full recruiting process starting with job description development or review, intake meeting, internal and external sourcing, providing regular updates to hiring managers, offer development, candidate communications and pre-employment processing. Manage new hire orientation and onboarding.

This position is on site in Clifton Springs with the opportunity to work remotely on certain days.

Specific Duties:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer facilitation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align on candidate profiles.
  • Monitor Applicant Tracking System, review resumes, applications and schedule phone interviews.
  • Conduct phone interviews and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed notes
  • Schedule in person onsite interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Answer questions related to job openings, job postings and application process
  • Coordinate activities for new hires such as pre-employment background checks and drug screens
  • Confirm starting information for new employees
  • Greet new employees on their first day and conduct orientation
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs.
  • Co Op/Internship recruiting and coordination
  • Assist with advertising (social media, college job boards, yard signs, direct mail, etc.)
  • Documentation of application and candidate status
  • Track employment and HR related data as requested (i.e. maintain applicant flow logs, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Previous Experience: Prior recruiting experience preferred with the ability to interface up to an executive/director level. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $57,000.00 - $68,000.00 annual base salary based experience
