The Talent Attraction Strategist is a strategic role responsible for designing and executing initiatives that enhance the organization's ability to attract, engage, and convert top talent. This position leverages employer branding, job marketing, labor market insights, and data analytics to drive effective talent attraction strategies. Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and HR leadership, the Talent Attraction Strategist optimizes job board performance, career site experience, and candidate engagement practices while proactively using market intelligence to inform workforce planning and hiring strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent attraction strategies across job boards, social media, CRM campaigns, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Optimize job postings and job board performance using SEO, A/B testing, and performance data to improve reach, application conversion, and applicant quality.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the organization's career site to ensure an engaging, compliant, and candidate-centric experience for all role types.
  • Analyze recruitment marketing and pipeline data to generate insights, track KPIs, and guide data-driven decision making around conversion rates, time-to-fill, and cost-per-apply.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to assess labor market trends and build proactive, strategic workforce attraction plans.
  • Enhance candidate experience through best practices in application flow, communication cadence, and digital touchpoints to reduce drop-off and improve engagement for talent
  • Translate healthcare labor-market intelligence, supply and demand trends, and geographic competition into targeted attraction and advertising strategies
  • Develop employer branding initiatives that authentically represent the organization, employee experience, and community impact across recruitment channels
  • Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate recruitment marketing performance, trends, and opportunities within healthcare hiring environments

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent attraction, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, and ATS platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Indeed & Glassdoor).

Other Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and employer branding strategies.
  • Ability to interpret labor market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Skillful adaptation of data and intelligence for easy-to-digest summaries
