Job Summary

The Talent Attraction Consultant serves as a strategic advisor and execution partner for priority talent attraction initiatives, translating workforce needs into targeted attraction strategies, partnership engagement, employer brand activation, and measurable talent pipeline outcomes. Occasional travel is required to support campus engagement activities, recruiting events, community partnerships, and business meetings.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute talent attraction plans aligned to defined Talent Acquisition priorities, workforce planning needs, and business objectives.
  • Lead university relations and curated early career attraction activities, including campus engagement, relationship management, candidate engagement strategy, and early-career pipeline development.
  • Design and coordinate right-sized recruiting events that align to priority talent needs, available resources, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage and optimize talent attraction platforms, including Handshake, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, to improve brand visibility, candidate engagement, and pipeline conversion.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external organizations to enhance talent attraction efforts, create meaningful talent connections, and deliver workforce-aligned pipeline solutions.
  • Manage talent communities and support attraction-related recruiting activities, leveraging Workday and related technologies to enhance candidate engagement, pipeline visibility, and reporting insights.
  • Analyze attraction activity, event performance, platform engagement, labor market trends, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend data-informed adjustments.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, communications, and external partners to deliver consistent messaging, strengthen candidate experience, and improve alignment between attraction activity and business needs.
  • Monitor industry, labor market, and talent attraction trends to identify opportunities to enhance attraction strategies, expand talent pipelines, and improve organizational visibility within priority talent communities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and relevant military experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent attraction, workforce development, university relations, recruiting operations, employer branding, partnership management, program management, or related fields.
  • Experience developing and executing talent attraction programs, events, partnerships, or workforce initiatives while managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.
  • Experience building and maintaining collaborative relationships across internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve business and talent objectives.
  • Ability to analyze data, stakeholder feedback, and labor market insights to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using recruiting technology, talent attraction platforms, applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, or related HR technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, advise, and present recommendations to diverse stakeholder groups.

This role primarily operates in a professional office environment and may require use of standard office equipment and technology. The role may require travel to career fairs, campus events, community events, business locations, or partner meetings.
