Overview

Smile Brands is seeking a Talent Attraction Partner to support the execution of our specialty campus recruitment strategy nationwide.

This role will focus primarily on on-campus engagement and relationship building, representing Smile Brands at dental schools, specialty programs, career fairs, networking events, and other university activations. You’ll connect directly with specialty students, build relationships, capture and nurture leads through our CRM, and ensure timely follow-up with our recruiting teams.

Working closely with Talent Attraction leadership, you’ll execute an established specialty campus strategy and help create a strong, consistent Smile Brands presence across our university partnerships.

This is a remote role that requires up to 40% travel, with heavier travel during peak campus seasons. Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to a major commercial airport and be comfortable with frequent travel to dental schools, recruiting events, and other business activities.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Friday & occasional weekends

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with dental schools, faculty, and students to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. Leverage internal SMEs whenever possible.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including internal networks, professional associations, social media, and advanced technology tools, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competition, and market conditions to provide insights and set realistic expectations with hiring managers. Leverage historical data, current openings, forecasted hires, and market trends to build a talent attraction strategy that will maximize ROI.
  • Candidate Engagement: Serve as the initial point of contact for early career candidates, presenting Smile Brands’ value proposition, screening, qualifying, and then introducing talent to the Talent Acquisition Partner team.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Smile Brands positively at all recruitment events and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the talent acquisition team to align early career talent attraction efforts with business needs.
  • Event Effectiveness: Track and analyze all aspects of recruitment events to continuously refine and improve our strategies.
