What You'll Do:

  • Attract and engage candidates from all channels, including inbound applicants, internal talent, referrals, and outbound sourcing efforts.

  • Conduct deep, competency-based assessments to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and ensure the highest quality talent.

  • Build and nurture strong candidate relationships for immediate and future hiring needs, enriching talent pools within our CRM to allow for effective long-term engagement.

  • Submit fully assessed, qualified talent to Recruiting partners, who will then match, coach, and advocate candidates through the final stages of the hiring process.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing Software Engineers, with a focus on Distributed Systems, Backend AI/ML Infrastructure, and Full-Stack Engineering talent.

  • Strong ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across teams and levels, driving talent advocacy and operational efficiency

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within fast-paced, goal-driven environments

  • Experience cultivating and activating long-term relationships with both internal and external partners

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global, matrixed teams

  • Passion for sourcing strategies, tools, and innovative approaches to attracting talent

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail

  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

  • Natural curiosity and a passion for learning, with the ability to translate insights into deep, competency-based assessments of talent

** This is a 6 month contract role. It will be in a hub office where you may need to go in 3-5 days a week**
