Job description

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple talent segments, partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to anticipate needs and build strong pipelines. You will lead full life cycle hiring from initial engagement through to offer, ensuring every candidate experiences a clear, respectful, and timely process. Use AI-enabled tools, data and market intelligence to advise stakeholders, shape hiring strategies and influence decisions. Design and run targeted campaigns for hard-to-fill roles, experimenting with new channels and approaches to stay ahead in a competitive market. Maintain thorough compliance with policies and procedures while still moving at pace. Act as a trusted talent advisor, challenging thinking where needed, aligning hiring with future skills needs and contributing to continuous improvement across our recruitment practices. Essential for the role

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition - within a global environment

  • Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in an in-house environment or similar.

  • Experience of planning and leading complex recruitment campaigns for hard to fill skills sets using a range of methods and tools attraction channels.

  • Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, ATS/CRM insights, sourcing assistants, screening automations, content generation) to improve funnel health, reduce cycle time, and enhance candidate experience and providing strategic, consultative talent advice using market/skills intelligence and recruiting analytics to shape hiring plans and decisions

  • Experience operating as a strategic, consultative talent advisor to the business, and influencing stakeholder decisions through data-driven insights, market and skills intelligence, and structured hiring practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing agile environment.

  • Customer focused, results orientated approach.

  • Persuading and influencing skills, with a strong ability to manage expectations.

Desirable for the role

  • Postgraduate qualification in a HR related specialization.

  • Recruiting experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $89,499.20 - 134,248.80 USD. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives-an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
