This position offers a growth path into a full-cycle recruiting role for the right individual.
Position Summary
The Talent Attraction Coordinator supports the end-to-end talent journey. This individual will proactively engage with candidates, coordinate interviews, and help create an exceptional, welcoming experience for both candidates and new hires.
This is not a traditional HR position; the primary focus is on recruiting, building interest, and helping Unify stand out to top talent with employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Candidate Experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates.
  • Manage job postings and recruiting databases.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing through various recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Support recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.

New Hire Experience
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire requirements.
  • Welcome and assist new employees during orientation.
  • Conduct office tours and introductions.
  • Help create an outstanding first-day experience.
  • Support employee engagement and recognition activities.

Administrative Support
  • Maintain recruiting and onboarding records.
  • Assist with employee documentation and onboarding paperwork.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with special projects related to recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.
