Job description

Position: Talent/Operations Assistant

Pay: $15+ an hour

Type: Full-time/Part-time; based on availability

POSITION PURPOSE

To grow and develop the team as a whole by utilizing Critical Success Factors, Winning Hearts Everyday Strategy and various organizational/brand resources as part of the execution of the Operator's Vision; as well as to ensure organization is compliant according to local and national regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

      Complies with legal standards

      Phone pre-screens and identifies qualified candidates

      Performs all first-round interviews

      Schedules onboarding

o Forms (W4/I-9), store policies, welcome packet, training videos, Food Handler Course (when needed), uniforms

      Maintains personnel files, including driving records

      Assists Operations Team during peak hours (11am-2pm), or other times as the business needs.

      Creates schedule on a weekly basis based on sales forecast.

      Assists management in disciplinary actions and terminations when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Actively seeks to grow business across various platforms. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance.
