Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations, operationalizes the organization's Talent Acquisition strategy by overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of programs, processes, and tools that strengthen recruiting operations across all Addus divisions. This role ensures strategic priorities are embedded into day-to-day operations through process improvements, documentation, and system solutions. The Manager provides oversight of Specialists, supports consistency and compliance across all recruiting functions, and enables scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
Schedule: M-F 8-5; Remote with some office time; some travel required. Candidate needs to be based in the Dallas Metro area

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
  • Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Translate strategic TA priorities into operational processes, resources, and workflows that Specialists and HR partners can execute consistently.
  • Influence the design, optimization, and streamlining of processes to support an exceptional and consistent user experience across Talent Acquisition.
  • Engage with field teams and advisory councils to gather feedback, ensuring processes and user experiences align with organizational goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and feedback to measure the impact of TA strategy; recommend and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of SOPs, templates, documentation, and communications to ensure clarity and uniformity.
  • Ensure TA systems and tools are used effectively to maximize workflow efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and ensure compliance.
  • Lead implementation activities for new processes, systems, or tools across divisions.
  • Provide team escalation support for systems and processes, including troubleshooting and vendor engagement when needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Field Operations, and other partners to operationalize strategic initiatives.
  • Manage a team of TA Operations Specialists, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Support expansion of TA Operations services across all Addus divisions to ensure scalable, enterprise-wide impact.
  • Travel to site locations as requested.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES: JOB DESCRIPTION
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with responsibility for high-volume processes and systems.
  • Proven ability to operationalize TA strategy into processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders.
  • Passion for delivering solutions that create best-in-class experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong prioritization, planning, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead both tactical and strategic activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, and field operations to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Prior experience managing people and processes within Talent Acquisition Operations.
