Your Role as a Shift Leader
As a Shift Leader, you will direct restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure our team achieves the highest standards of food quality, guest service, and workplace safety.
  • Lead the Team: Monitor employee breaks, manage daily scheduling, and prevent unnecessary overtime.
  • Develop Talent: Assist with training and coaching new employees to set them up for success.
  • Deliver Quality: Prep, bake, and serve our signature golden-brown pretzels to perfection.
  • Connect with Guests: Greet customers and accurately take orders with a friendly, positive attitude.

Job Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Previous restaurant, retail, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required!
