An established organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys proactive sourcing, and can successfully manage multiple requisitions while partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring deadlines.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3โ€“5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
