About the Position:

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of our recruitment function. Working closely with the TA Partners and with direction from the TA Manager, you will manage the logistics, documentation, and data that keep our hiring process moving smoothly. This role is a blend of candidate experience, administrative excellence, and process optimization-ideal for someone who loves organization and thrives in a fast past-paced environment.


Salary Range: $53,000 - $60,000 / year

The above salary range is based on the Denver, Colorado labor market and subject to change based on location.


This position is available to both in-office (Lakewood, CO) or hybrid-based candidates.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Documentation & Onboarding Prep: You will serve as the custodian of recruitment records. Create job REQs, generate and send official offer letters, initiate background checks, and coordinate pre-hire documentation to ensure a seamless handoff to onboarding.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with the TA team to audit current administrative and ATS workflows and help establish new, highly efficient processes for the department.
  • Communication and Inbox Management: Monitor centralized recruitment inboxes, triaging and responding to internal stakeholder requests and external candidate inquiries with speed and professionalism.
  • Data & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics (i.e. time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and assist in compiling reports for People Services leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Event Logistics: Handle logistics for university career fairs and regional outreach events.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in an administrative, HR, or recruiting support role.
  • Systems Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and prior familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional multitasking abilities with a proven track record of managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines without letting details slip.
  • Communication Style: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a heavy emphasis on customer service and building positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive, confidential candidate and employee data with the utmost integrity.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience supporting recruiting operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or ATS platforms; Paylocity experience is a plus.
  • Experience developing sourcing campaigns, talent maps, or workforce market analysis.
  • Experience supporting employer branding or talent engagement initiatives.
