Who We're Looking For:

As a key member of the People & Culture team, The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders across assigned business areas to identify qualified talent across the U.S. This role acts as a full-cycle recruiter who sources efficiently and creatively, while keeping candidate experience top of mind. This person supports established stakeholder relationships and executes recruitment strategies in partnership with the business and senior TA team members.

About the Role:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support development of sourcing strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding handoff.
  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring teams to support compliant interview and selection processes.
  • Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, human resources, or related field with 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment of candidates at all levels in a corporate/agency environment.
  • Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and referral programs.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and hiring best practices, including diversity and inclusion principles.
  • Ability to deliver a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated industries such as medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
