Job description

Location: Waltham, MA โ€“ Hybrid (3+ days onsite)

Duration: 8+ months | 40 hrs/week | Start: Early October

We are seeking a Director-level Talent Acquisition leader with Biotech/Pharma experience to provide hands-on leadership during a maternity leave.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including Director-level leadership
  • Strong Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Biopharma, or Life Sciences experience
  • Experience leading global/multi-region recruiting teams
  • Proven executive/stakeholder partnership and leadership hiring experience
  • Workday Recruiting or similar ATS experience
  • Experience managing recruiting vendors/RPO partners
  • Hands-on, calm, adaptable leadership style
  • Must be available to work 3+ days onsite in Waltham, MA
