What is Talent 4 Health?

Talent 4 Health is a healthcare staffing and recruitment agency that connects medical professionals with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities seeking temporary or permanent staff. The company specializes in placing nurses, allied health professionals, and other healthcare workers in various settings across the United States. Talent 4 Health streamlines the hiring process for both employers and job seekers by offering tailored staffing solutions, compliance support, and career guidance to healthcare professionals.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a healthcare recruiter, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Healthcare Recruiter, you need a background in human resources or recruiting, knowledge of healthcare industry requirements, and often a relevant bachelor’s degree. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is typically necessary. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and attention to detail help build trust with candidates and clients. These skills are crucial for efficiently matching qualified healthcare professionals to roles, ensuring organizational staffing needs are met, and maintaining compliance.

What are some common challenges faced by healthcare recruiters at Talent 4 Health, and how can new team members overcome them?

Healthcare recruiters at Talent 4 Health often face challenges such as sourcing qualified candidates for specialized roles, managing high-volume requisitions, and meeting tight placement deadlines. New team members can overcome these hurdles by leveraging Talent 4 Health's robust candidate database, collaborating closely with hiring managers to refine requirements, and staying updated on market trends. Continuous communication with both clients and candidates, as well as active participation in team meetings, also helps ensure successful placements and professional growth within the organization.

Job description

Thank you for considering the Talent Manager role with Moonbug Entertainment, an award-winning global entertainment company inspiring kids everywhere to laugh, learn and grow. The company is behind some of the biggest kids' entertainment brands in the world including CoComelon and Blippi. Moonbug believes every child should have access to our entertaining and enriching content, which is why our shows are available on more than 150 video platforms globally including Netflix, Disney+, BBC iPlayer and YouTube Kids. Moonbug is also a global leader in pre-school music and audio experiences, available on 100+ audio platforms globally. Moonbug brands extend far beyond the screen to include streaming music, toys, games, books, live events, and even theme park exhibits.
Moonbug is part of Candle Media, an independent, creator-friendly home for cutting-edge, high-quality, category-defining brands and franchises. By bringing together elite talent operating at the intersection of content, community, and commerce, it helps to position leading entertainment businesses for accelerated, sustainable growth in the current market and beyond.
This role reports onsite in our Los Angeles office full time.
The Role:
We are seeking an empathetic, highly organized, and proactive Talent Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. You are the connective tissue between the business and our Artists - a trusted partner who is as detail-oriented as you are intuitive, and who operates with calm, care, and precision under pressure. You'll be the primary bridge between our Artists and internal/external teams, handling everything from small logistical details to bigger-picture planning, and ensuring our Artists feel genuinely nurtured, supported, and set up for long-term success. You'll be central to a tight-knit, collaborative team that values creativity and discretion, bringing strong organizational skills alongside ideation and thought leadership across logistics, creative, utilization, operations, and partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Talent Care & Relationship Nurturing: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for all day-to-day needs across our Artists. Foster an empathetic, high-trust environment where talent feels heard, valued, motivated and genuinely supported throughout their career trajectory.
  • Schedule & Calendar Management: Own and maintain artist calendars, schedules, logistics and deadlines, keeping everything current in real time. Coordinate complex logistics for appearances, shoots, media runs, travel and personal commitments with precision and zero friction.
  • Correspondence & Communication Management: Manage all incoming correspondence, scheduling, and communication on behalf of Artists and the Management team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Availability & Team Communication: Proactively communicate talent availability, block-out dates, and routing to internal production, brand partnership, and marketing teams to maintain flawless cross-departmental alignment.
  • Logistics, Advancements & On-Site Support: Handle logistics and advancement for shoots, meet & greets, travel, and other appearances. Accompany and represent Talent at key shoots, events, production sets, and support and managing real-time schedule adjustments.
  • Quality Control: Provide quality control across all artist-facing communications and content, ensuring accuracy, tone and brand consistency before anything reaches Talent or partners.
  • Crisis Management & Problem-Solving: Act as a calm, solutions-oriented presence when issues arise - on the ground and remotely - resolving problems quickly and discreetly.
  • Workload Advocacy: Act as a firm advocate for the talent's time and mental health while capitalizing on strategic high-value opportunities.

Requirements
  • 2-4+ years of experience in talent management, agency assistance, publicity coordination, or talent logistics within the LA entertainment or digital media ecosystem.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of managing high-touch, sensitive interpersonal relationships.
  • Mastery of calendar logistics and project management tools (Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, or similar) with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a natural instinct for hospitality, caregiving, mentorship, and relationship-building.
  • Deep understanding of fast-paced production schedules and expectations.

Benefits
  • Base compensation range: $90,000 - $120,000
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
  • Short Term & Long Term Disability
  • Training & Development
  • Free Food & Snacks
  • Wellness Resources
  • and more!
