Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with strong analytical and data visualization expertise. The candidate will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders, defining data requirements, and delivering interactive, high-performing dashboards and reports that drive business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data sources using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance of insights.
  • Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability, ensuring fast and reliable access across user groups.
  • Partner with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless data integration into Tableau.
  • Stay current with Tableau features, visualization best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
  • Provide end-user training and support for Tableau dashboards and reports as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in data visualization and BI development, with a strong focus on Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
