Senior Tableau Developer
Contract:  6-12 months + extension
Location:  Austin, TX (Onsite and Telework)
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions that support operational performance and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, integrate data from multiple sources, and create impactful visualizations that improve reporting, workflow visibility, and organizational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in an enterprise environment.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud, including dashboard design, data modeling, calculations, and performance tuning.
  • 8+ years of experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
  • Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Experience integrating and validating data from multiple enterprise systems and data warehouses.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices, KPI development, and business intelligence reporting standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
