Job description

A Tactical SIGINT Systems Engineer Level 2 triages and analyzes end-user COMINT, ELINT, and FISINT collection, identification, and location military mobile platform (air, land, sea) requirements. The Engineer assists stakeholders in refining technical capability requirements for tactical collection systems, evaluates US commercial material solution alternatives, conducts feasibility analysis, presents procurement and/or project execution courses of action, and contributes to tactical sensor capability systems architectures. The Engineer will review tactical sensor technical documentation, KPPs, White Papers, and other key systems engineering artifacts such as HW and SW test plans, Factory Acceptance Tests, and Capstone Event criteria.

The Engineer will assist the USG in leading foreign partner tactical SIGINT sensor projects from Requirements to SOW/RFP, to Proposal reviews, Basis of Estimate/Rough Order of Magnitude analysis, Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), and project execution from Kick-off to delivery and installation.
Level 2 - Fourteen (14) years' experience as a Tactical SIGINT Systems Engineer (Operator and Testing Engineering experience) supporting military tactical mobile platforms (air, land, sea) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, SIGINT, RF Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Must possess active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance to be considered for this role.
