Job Overview Summary

The Solutions Engineer II builds upon the skills of the Solutions Engineer I by managing more complex accounts and delivering tailored security solutions. This role involves working independently to support sales opportunities, taking ownership of technical engagements, and assisting clients in finding solutions that meet their security requirements.

What youโ€™ll be doing (and doing well!):
  • Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Perform detailed analysis of client needs and design security solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers to create tailored proposals and support the sales cycle.
  • Work with technical teams to address and resolve specific security issues raised by clients.
  • Customize product configurations and solutions to meet complex client requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and competitor offerings, providing insights to sales teams.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior solutions engineers (Solutions Engineer I).
  • Conduct site surveys and security assessments for potential customers.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency Statement

The base salary range for this role is $82,700 - $125,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience and may vary from the amounts listed above. This position may also be eligible for a variable bonus or commission in addition to base salary as well as health coverage, paid holidays, and other benefits.
