Work Location: Role is Hybrid - 4 Days Remote and 1 Day Onsite Per Week.
Candidate location: Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed.
Required Skills
6+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint.
6+ Years of Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS.
3+ Years of Experience in designing and implementing state-level Public Health system architectures.
6+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
6+ Years of Experience with Azure Power Platform, Power BI, PowerApps
6+ Years of Experience with PowerShell scripting.

Scope of the project:
  • Due to the large number of systems, interconnected services, cloud-based workloads, and statewide locations, additional staff is required to effectively support this effort.
  • As a Microsoft Government G5 tenant that heavily leverages cloud services, the team must ensure that all systems follow industry best practices, meet strategic initiatives, comply with federal and state regulatory requirements, and maintain business continuity. This includes adhering to cloud security practices such as Zero Trust principles, role-based access controls, secure configuration baselines, and continuous monitoring aligned with government cloud standards.
  • This position will be part of the team responsible for delivering and supporting cloud-centric solutions, while also assisting with day-to-day operational needs across the environment.
  • Candidates must be self-motivated, team-oriented, able to work under limited supervision, and capable of responding quickly to priority tasks as they arise.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
Emphases for the Web/Internet candidate will include supporting the Office 365 SharePoint environment and related solutioning efforts for are mote workforce.
Responsibilities include development, configuration, and modification of sites, forms, and workflows; Power BI support; site administration and permissions; user support; ongoing site maintenance; and day-to-day operational activities.
Specific duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Development, testing, modification, and deployment of SharePoint sites, forms, and workflows using Office 365 tools.
• Assisting in the design of system architectures that align with organizational strategic business objectives.
• Administering and maintaining sites and sub-sites.
• Managing site and sub-site security.
• Managing site layout, structure, and content.
• Providing SharePoint support to end users.
• Reviewing and monitoring usage reports.
• Performing site cleanup and removing unused sites.
• Assisting with Office 365 G5 environment management, permissions, and security.
• Deploying custom-developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages.
• Configuring SharePoint services and settings.
• Documenting SharePoint configurations and architectural designs.
• Applying advanced technical and business knowledge across multiple disciplines and processes.
• Creating supporting project and system documentation.
• Providing regular updates to the Project Team.
• Managing site quotas and file size limits.
• Collaboratively conceptualizing existing systems and product solutions.
