Job description

Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician
Location: Graniteville, SC, US
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Salary: $33 - $43 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
Relocation: Regional assistance available
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join a 24/7 manufacturing facility in Graniteville, SC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support and maintain industrial production equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency. Technicians will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment across electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, conveyors, and industrial systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on all plant equipment.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to install, test, and release equipment.
  • Record maintenance activities in the CMMS.
  • Troubleshoot PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
  • Inspect and repair bearings, gearboxes, rotating equipment, and other components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Operate hoists, lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and testing devices.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Multi-craft experience in Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics systems.
  • Experience with PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Familiarity with AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
  • Industrial maintenance experience:
    • Associates degree in Electronics, General Technology, Robotics, or related field plus 3+ years experience, OR
    • Completion of an apprenticeship program plus 3+ years experience, OR
    • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Ability to work day or rotating shifts.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and hands-on skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with automation and distributed control systems.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating equipment systems.
  • Experience with flow, level, pressure, and temperature calibration.
