You'll partner with stakeholders and leadership to create, optimize, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions, delivering actionable insights that drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to take ownership of impactful analytics initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a critical role in elevating organizational performance. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain interactive ServiceNow dashboards and reporting solutions to support enterprise-level analytics initiatives. - Build and configure Performance Analytics indicators, scorecards, widgets, and automated data collectors to monitor and improve KPIs such as SLA compliance, resolution time, and operational trends. - Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions, ensuring high-quality stakeholder engagement and white glove customer support. - Conduct backend data analysis and validation using advanced SQL to optimize reporting accuracy and operational insights. - Analyze ServiceNow platform data across Incidents, Requests, Changes, and Demands to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. - Support executive visibility and data-driven decision-making efforts through robust reporting, documentation, and operational guidance. - Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and operational teams to align analytics strategies and enhance reporting capabilities. - Ensure reporting standardization, data quality, and dashboard governance across all solutions. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage Jira workstreams to drive project delivery and continuous improvement. - Provide on-call support and occasional coverage during holidays or weekends as needed.
