Title: Specialist for Rational DOORS Next Generation V5.x
Location: Salt lake City, UT

Description:
    Should be IBM Certified Specialist - Rational DOORS Next Generation, V5.
    Should be  is proficient at using Rational DOORS Next Generation to collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and define requirements using text-based and graphical artifacts, to conduct reviews and secure stakeholder approvals.
    Should be seasoned professional using Rational DOORS Next Generation to manage requirements through the project lifecycle by using attributes, traceability, views, dashboards, and reports to assess requirements coverage, the impact of change, and status.  
    Should lead requirement projects and implement an organization-s Requirements Management Plan in DOORS Next Generation.
    Should be specialist in creating, configuring, and customizing requirements projects, managing user roles and permissions, managing project baselines, and utilizing project templates.
    Should be specialist at managing a stand-alone requirements project or a requirements project within the context of a Collaborative Lifecycle Project.

Key Skill Sets

    Understanding of requirements management processes and practices
    Understanding of how to manage requirements in the context of different development processes
    Real-word experience managing requirements
    Experience with requirements management tools
    Understanding of the Rational solution for Collaborative Lifecycle Management and the IBM Rational Jazz Platform
Experience Summary
    At Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Software Industry Using Rational Tools.
    Expert in IBM Rational JAZZ CLM/SDLC Tools
    Rational DOORS Next Generation (RRC/DNG) in SCRUM /AGILE software development methodology
    Seasoned in IBM Rational SCM Tools - ClearCase UCM, ClearQuest, Requisite Pro and Build Forge.
Qualifications
    At Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Software Industry Using Rational Tools.
    Expert in IBM Rational JAZZ CLM/SDLC Tools
    Rational DOORS Next Generation (RRC/DNG) in SCRUM /AGILE software development methodology
    Seasoned in IBM Rational SCM Tools - ClearCase UCM, ClearQuest, Requisite Pro and Build Forge.
