‘TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Experience with IBM Rational DOORS Technical baseline management Writing and updating DOORS requirements Decomposing and deriving requirements based on customer specifications Experience in System Engineering activities such as: Software requirements development Requirements development Test Case development Verification and Validation, i.e., experience running tests and documenting results Excellent written and oral communication skills including: Demonstrated experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders o Demonstrated experience communicating technical information, e.g. requirements updates, test plans, integration test plans, etc.… Demonstrated Experience supporting test investigations and debugging efforts Collaborating with cross-functional teams Active DoD Secret clearance required at the time of application Ability to work onsite full-time at Woodland Hills, CA Nice To Have Experience with the following interfaces: MIL-STD-1553 o Experience with ARINC-429 Experience with Ethernet Experience working in an Agile engineering team Experience with JIRA Systems Engineering experience on large, complex systems Lab and system integration experience Demonstrated experience with Model Based Systems Engineering and Cameo modeling (or equivalent) Experience with ClearQuest / ClearCase
