As a Client Technical Onboarding Manager within the Commercial and Investment Bank Client Technical Onboarding Team, you guide clients through the technical setup and testing of receivables products. You work closely with us to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values your ideas and supports your professional development. Your role is essential in helping clients achieve their business goals while enhancing our firm's reputation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead scoping meetings to understand and fulfill client product and technical requirements
  • Facilitate recurring project status meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal teams
  • Prepare Statements of Work and documentation outlining product implementation options
  • Use tracking tools and systems to monitor project status, issues, and risks
  • Establish test environments, validate file formats, and coordinate file and back-office testing
  • Analyze and explain test results to clients, assisting with issue resolution
  • Support clients during production migration and verification, ensuring successful implementation
