Job Summary:

The Technical Implementation Manager II will guide clients through the technical setup and testing of receivables products, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead scoping meetings to understand and fulfill client product and technical requirements
โ€ข Facilitate recurring project status meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal teams
โ€ข Prepare Statements of Work and documentation outlining product implementation options
โ€ข Use tracking tools and systems to monitor project status, issues, and risks
โ€ข Establish test environments, validate file formats, and coordinate file and back-office testing
โ€ข Analyze and explain test results to clients, assisting with issue resolution
โ€ข Support clients during production migration and verification, ensuring successful implementation
โ€ข Collaborate with production teams to provide timely status updates
โ€ข Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
โ€ข Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, taking ownership of initiatives
