You'll build strong cross-functional partnerships, establish an effective training and support model that increases user confidence and system utilization, and develop a strategic roadmap of system enhancements aligned with FGMA's business objectives. Working closely with the IT Director, you'll play an integral role in advancing the firm's enterprise technology strategy while ensuring Deltek Vantagepoint remains a stable, secure, and highly utilized platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who enjoys building relationships, solving complex business challenges, and leveraging technology to create meaningful organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator and business owner of Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring system stability, security, performance, and data integrity.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and identify opportunities to improve workflows and business processes.
  • Lead ERP optimization initiatives, system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, and ongoing system administration.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that support strategic business decisions and operational excellence.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure Deltek Vantagepoint and CRM platforms effectively support business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation initiatives.
  • Establish governance, best practices, and data standards to improve system utilization, consistency, and data quality.
  • Design and deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support that increases user confidence and adoption.
  • Collaborate with the IT Director to align ERP initiatives with FGMA's enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation efforts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, and Project Management to maximize the value of enterprise business systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party consultants as needed.
  • Stay informed of Deltek Vantagepoint enhancements and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience administering and optimizing Deltek Vantagepoint in a professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP configuration, reporting, workflows, security, integrations, and business processes.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and operational leaders to improve business processes through technology.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
  • Experience supporting CRM integrations and enterprise business applications.
  • Knowledge of reporting and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or major optimization initiatives.
  • Project management experience or certification is a plus.
What We Offer
