Job Description:
Vehicle Systems Engineer focused on leading vehicle integration and system-level testing for advanced engineering programs, particularly in ADAS and active safety features. This role supports full vehicle validation, system architecture development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure quality, performance, and timely delivery in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead vehicle integration testing and system checkout across sensors (radar, vision, lidar) and domain systems
  • Plan and execute vehicle-level testing, including scheduling, test procedures, calibration, data collection, and analysis
  • Drive vehicles for test activities and support data-driven issue investigation and reporting
  • Define and support development of vehicle architectures (power, communication, system-level)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet program timing, deliverables, and quality standards
  • Support agile program execution, including planning activities and resource alignment across global teams
  • Conduct benchmarking and validation testing for active safety features
  • Identify and implement process, quality, and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE development requirements
  • Support product demonstrations and business pursuit activities
