Description:
Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Administrator serves as the SME for on premise identity and Access Management (IAM) platform which in this case is MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager).
This role focuses on ensuring data integrity across disparate internal systems, maintaining the health of the MIM sync engine and managing the full lifecycle of internal identities without external cloud dependencies. MIM Engine Management - Direct oversight of the MIM Synchronization Service including configuration of Management Agents (MAs) like AD, SQL, file-based extensions and LDAP sources.
Identify Lifecycle Automation - Understanding the "Joner-Mover-Leaver" process to ensure automated provisioning and de-provisioning across the internal network.
Declarative Provisioning - Maintaining Synchronization rules and attribute flow within the MIM Portal and Sync Engine.
Custom Extension Development - Debugging custom DLLS using C#/.NET for complex logic that cant' be handled by standard rules.
Data Reconciliation - Conducting regular audits to ensure identity data in the Metaverse matches authoritative sources and downstream sources.
Position Qualifications:
  • Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Salary Range: $190,000 - $200,000 (Annually)
Annual Compensation Figures listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location.
