About the Opportunity

The Systems Engineer II is responsible for overseeing the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of data center facilities to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure infrastructure services in an on-site and remote work environment. Acting as the primary point of contact for facility-related matters, this role coordinates and manages data center infrastructure activities, including equipment installation, maintenance, upgrades, and facility modifications.

The Systems Engineer II will monitor environmental and operational conditions, including power consumption, temperature, humidity, and overall facility performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal operating conditions. This position also responds to facility incidents and emergencies, supports continuity of operations, and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure the data center environment meets operational, reliability, and customer requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
May provide technical oversight and direction to support personnel, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
