  • Promote quality-focused practices throughout engineering and manufacturing operations
  • Support certification requirements and ongoing compliance initiatives

Project Delivery & Strategic Execution

  • Identify technical, operational, and project risks early in the development cycle
  • Implement mitigation plans to support project success and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to large-scale infrastructure and critical-power initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Support broader business objectives through strategic planning and operational leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical background involving low-voltage switchboards, switchgear assemblies, or related power-distribution equipment
  • Familiarity with UL 891 and/or UL 1558 standards and associated compliance requirements
  • Ability to review, guide, and approve complex engineering documentation and electrical system designs
  • Experience supporting technical proposals, bill-of-material development, and quotation processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, sales, procurement, and customer-facing functions
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and schedule commitments

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate is a strategic engineering leader who enjoys mentoring teams, solving complex technical challenges, and influencing the direction of power-distribution product development.
