Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our healthcare organization. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 0โ€“2 years of HR experience who are interested in supporting HR operations in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The HR Specialist will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems in compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
