To thrive as a System Administration Manager, you need expertise in server management, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with system monitoring tools, virtualization platforms, and certifications such as CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server are highly valued.
