Job Description

9+ Years of experience mandatory.                                                                                        

  • RedHat Linux - production support experience
  • Apache tomcat
  • Bash scripting
  • Experience in Splunk, NewRelic and other monitoring tools are desired.
  • BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; MS preferred
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Application Performance Monitoring tools setup and configuration, specifically with AppDynamics, New Relic, and Splunk
  • Troubleshooting complex production issues at scale and under tight timelines
  • Performance profiling and tuning of App/Web tier
  • Strong Linux experience with scripting
  • System Admin experience
  • Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Java; Python or Perl a plus
  • Understanding of Cloud hosting principles is a must, experience with AWS Operations is a plus
  • Strong business acumen in addition to technical expertise, to drive for operational excellence in support of business priorities
